Made New exists to help women walk free, with grace, honesty, and sisters beside them. Using the app means you agree to these terms.

Your account and your data. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Your personal logs (check-ins, journal, recovery notes) stay private to you. Sharing anything with a Circle is always your explicit choice, and what’s shared is worded discreetly.

Circles are shared space. What you post into a Circle, whether check-ins, prayer requests, or encouragement, is visible to that Circle’s members. Treat it as holy ground: it’s where women are honest about their hardest moments.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. No exceptions, however it’s framed. The Community Guidelines below spell out what that means. Content or accounts that cross those lines may be removed, and reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Not medical care. Made New is a spiritual habit-recovery and accountability tool. It is not medical care, therapy, or emergency support. If you are in danger or experiencing a crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

Your companion is AI. The in-app companion is an AI assistant, not a person and not a counselor. It can be wrong, and it can miss things a real person would catch. Your messages are processed by Anthropic to generate each reply and are not stored by Made New. Please never rely on it in an emergency; reach out to a real person or emergency services instead.

Deleting your account and data. Settings > Delete account erases your account and all of your cloud data, removes you from every Circle you’re part of, and deletes any Circle you own. Delete all data clears everything on this device. Reports you filed remain without your account attached, so Circles stay safe for the women still in them.

Plans and payments. Made New Plus is an auto-renewing subscription managed through the App Store. You can cancel anytime in your App Store settings, and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Changes and contact. These terms may be updated as the app grows; meaningful changes will be shown in the app. Questions or concerns: support@getmadenew.app.

Community Guidelines

Circles work because they’re safe. These guidelines protect that, for you and for every sister in the room.

What has no place here:

• Shame or harassment. No mocking, condemning, or tearing another member down, not even “tough love” that wounds. Grace first, always.

• Sexual or explicit content. Nothing sexual, explicit, or arousing, in any form, including explicit written content or excerpts. This is a recovery space; that content has no place in it.

• Spam or self-promotion. Circles aren’t an audience. No advertising, recruiting, or repeated off-topic posting.

• Impersonation or deception. Be who you say you are. No posing as another person or misleading members about your identity.

If you see something that crosses a line: report it. Every post and every member has a report option. Tell us what happened and we’ll review it within 24 hours. Offending content or accounts may be removed. You can also block a member at any time; their posts disappear from your view immediately.

If you’re the Circle owner: you can remove a post or a member from your Circle directly. Use it to keep the room safe, not to punish. And remember, a removed member can rejoin with the invite code unless you also block them.

None of this is about performance. Honesty about a hard day is always welcome here. That’s the whole point. And listening quietly is welcome too; no one is ever required to share. These guidelines exist so honesty stays safe.
